Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Service Lead public website located at https://aiservicelead.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1.Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.
2.Website Purpose
This Website provides general information about AI implementation, AI receptionists, lead-response automation, CRM integrations, appointment booking, automated follow-up, website design, consulting, and related business services offered by AI Service Lead.
The content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Accessing the Website, reading its content, or contacting us through the Website does not create a client, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship between you and AI Service Lead.
3.Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Website. Our services are primarily intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. By using this Website or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4.No Automatic Client Relationship
Submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, calling, emailing, or receiving preliminary recommendations or informal guidance from AI Service Lead does not establish a client relationship.
A client relationship is formed only after both parties have reviewed and approved a written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other mutually signed written authorization that defines the scope, deliverables, and terms of the engagement.
5.Services and Separate Agreements
AI Service Lead offers a range of paid services, which may include AI receptionists, lead capture and qualification, speed-to-lead automation, appointment booking, automated follow-up, CRM and software integrations, missed-call text-back systems, customer reactivation, review and reputation automation, AI sales assistants, custom AI workflows, website design and modernization, hosting coordination, consulting, implementation, training, and support.
Project-specific scope, pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, timelines, ownership, support, cancellation terms, and warranties will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If any provision of a signed client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the signed client agreement controls with respect to that specific paid engagement.
6.Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing
Descriptions, examples, and pricing information on this Website are illustrative and do not constitute binding quotes or offers. Actual pricing and timelines may vary depending on project scope, required integrations, the condition of existing data and systems, third-party tool costs, client responsiveness, technical complexity, and requested revisions.
A proposal or estimate becomes binding only when accepted in the manner specified in that proposal. AI Service Lead reserves the right to modify pricing and service descriptions on the Website at any time.
7.No Guaranteed Business Results
AI Service Lead does not guarantee any specific number of leads, response rate, increase in revenue or profit, search-engine ranking, appointment volume, conversion rate, customer retention rate, uninterrupted software performance, or any other particular financial or operational result.
Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including the quality of the client’s offer, market conditions, sales processes, pricing strategy, staff performance, advertising effectiveness, follow-up consistency, customer demand, data quality, and the reliability of third-party platforms. Nothing in this section is intended to excuse fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived.
8.Artificial Intelligence Limitations
AI-generated content, recommendations, classifications, call summaries, messages, workflow outputs, and automated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular context.
Users and clients are responsible for reviewing important AI-generated outputs before relying on or distributing them. AI systems provided or configured by AI Service Lead must not be treated as a source of legal, accounting, tax, medical, engineering, insurance, employment, safety, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate human oversight of AI-assisted systems and for all business decisions made using those systems.
9.Client and User Responsibilities
Users and clients of the Website and of AI Service Lead’s services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information.
- Maintaining the security of passwords, accounts, and access credentials.
- Reviewing automated workflows, communications, and system outputs.
- Obtaining all required consents, permissions, and authorizations from customers, employees, and third parties.
- Complying with all applicable advertising, privacy, data-protection, email, telephone, text-message, recording, employment, and industry-specific laws and regulations.
- Maintaining independent backups of important business data and records.
- Preventing the use of our services for any unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful purpose.
- Ensuring that employees, contractors, and authorized users operate the systems appropriately and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable client agreement.
10.Communications Consent
When you submit a form through this Website, you authorize AI Service Lead to respond to that specific inquiry using the contact information you provide, which may include email, telephone, or text message. This authorization is limited to communications directly related to your inquiry and does not constitute blanket consent for automated marketing calls or unsolicited marketing texts.
Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly.
11.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website or our services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, copy, or extract content from the Website through automated means without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of the Website or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use our services for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any protected aspect of our systems except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
12.Third-Party Platforms and Services
AI Service Lead’s services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting companies, CRM platforms, phone and messaging providers, calendar systems, email services, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics systems, and automation tools. These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.
AI Service Lead does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, feature modifications, account suspensions, policy updates, data handling practices, or service discontinuation.
13.Website Availability
We strive to keep the Website accessible, but it may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, hosting disruptions, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Website.
14.Intellectual Property
The AI Service Lead name, logo, branding, Website design, original copy, graphics, workflows, templates, documentation, and other original materials displayed on the Website are owned by or licensed to AI Service Lead, unless otherwise indicated.
Your use of the Website grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and view the public Website for lawful informational purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Website without our prior written permission.
Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables created through a paid engagement will be determined by the applicable written client agreement.
15.User Submissions and Feedback
You retain ownership of information you voluntarily submit through the Website. By submitting information, you grant AI Service Lead a limited, non-exclusive right to use that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project, operate the Website, provide requested services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you choose to share with us may be used to improve our services without creating any payment or attribution obligation, provided we do not publicly disclose your confidential information without your consent.
16.Confidential Information
Please do not include highly sensitive information—such as passwords, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or confidential trade secrets—in Website inquiries or general contact forms.
Project-specific confidentiality obligations, including the handling of business data, customer lists, proprietary processes, and non-public financial information, should be addressed in a written service agreement or mutual nondisclosure agreement executed before the start of a paid engagement.
17.Privacy
The collection and use of personal information through this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
18.Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment amounts, deposit requirements, recurring billing terms, cancellation procedures, renewal conditions, pause options, and refund policies for paid services will be stated in the applicable proposal, order form, subscription terms, or signed service agreement.
Unless a specific refund policy has been stated in a signed written agreement, any questions about refunds for a particular project should be directed to us at cayrocreative@gmail.com.
19.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI Service Lead does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
No warranty or consumer right is disclaimed to the extent such disclaimer is prohibited by law.
20.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Service Lead and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the public Website, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Liability relating to paid services, including any applicable financial caps, will be governed by the terms of the applicable written client agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Service Lead and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website.
- Your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Information or content you submitted through the Website.
This indemnification obligation applies only to claims caused by your actions or omissions. It does not require you to indemnify AI Service Lead for claims arising from our own negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
22.Suspension or Termination
AI Service Lead reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risks, abusive conduct, material violations of these Terms, or threats to our systems or other users.
Termination of Website access does not automatically terminate any separate signed client agreement. Termination of a client agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.
23.Governing Law
These Website Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the public Website are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action concerning these Terms or the public Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts with proper jurisdiction in Iowa, unless a separate signed written agreement between you and AI Service Lead provides otherwise.
24.Electronic Communications
When you communicate with AI Service Lead electronically—including through this Website, by email, or by submitting a form—you agree to receive documents, notices, and communications from us in electronic form, subject to applicable law.
25.Changes to These Terms
AI Service Lead may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will apply prospectively to use of the Website occurring after the updated effective date. Changes to these Terms do not retroactively modify signed client agreements.
Your continued use of the Website after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
26.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
27.No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term will be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AI Service Lead.
28.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Service Lead regarding your use of the public Website. Separate signed written agreements govern paid services and individual client engagements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the paid services it covers.
